WASTExWORLD
A downloadable Trash Planet Pamphlet
WASTExWORLD is a sci-fi micro setting about a planet covered in trash.
"The average galactic citizen produces about 4.4 pounds of trash each and every day. Not to mention the hundreds of decommissioned starships, satellites, and space-stations. We'd like to think it just gets dumped into the depths of space, but that's pretty far from the truth. The reality is most of it ends up in the galaxy's largest dump: Fordran X, AKA Brackish Point. Out of sight out of mind, eh? Well not so much for the people living there..."
- Grimm Slugdigger, Waste-freighter
This micro setting details the people, places, and things on a planet covered in junk, scrap metal, and your crew's leftovers from last week. Among the 6 pages (Landscape, US-Letter) of inspiring, highly gameable content, you'll find:
- A waste world gazetteer.
- A smattering of Hooks and Rumors.
- Rules for traversing an infinite dump, including sights, smells, and encounters.
- A system agnostic scavenging mini-game.
- And bunch of other junk too!
Included is two versions (with and without labels) of a high res PNG map.
Designed to be easy to use and work with your favorite SCI-FI TRPGs, including Drier Deserts, Hotter Suns.

Inspiring and inspired ~ Waste World is the perfect jumping off point to dive into impromptu trash adventures. The prose help build a solid image (and smell) of a world churning in junk and the scavenging rules are super neat too!
